Self-Collect and Return hire gear from our convenient location at 1 Missenden Road, Camperdown, Sydney. We offer a streamlined process that allows you to pick up and drop off your rented equipment at a secure car park loading area within 30-minute intervals. ​ Self-Collection: Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with clear pick-up instructions. At the agreed-upon time, you can arrive at the car park and easily locate the dedicated loading area where your AV equipment will be available for collection. Our team will ensure that the equipment is properly prepared and ready for you to pick up. If you have any questions or require assistance, our staff will be on hand to provide guidance and support. ​ Self-Return: At the end of your rental period, you can return the AV equipment to the same destination within the pre-arranged 30-minute interval. Our team will be available to receive the equipment, conduct a quick check for any damages, and provide you with a receipt confirming the return. Rest assured that the private, secure car park ensures the safety and protection of the equipment during the return process.  By offering self-collection and self-return services within 30-minute intervals, we aim to provide you with flexibility, convenience, and peace of mind. You have the freedom to collect and return the AV equipment at a predesignated time that suits you, allowing you to integrate it into your schedule without any unnecessary delays or waiting times.

By offering delivery, set-up, pack-down, and return services, our aim is to alleviate the logistical burden of AV equipment rental and ensure a seamless experience for our customers, so you can focus on your event or project, knowing that your AV needs are in capable hands.  We can deliver and collect hire gear in the City, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Please inquire about other areas. ​ The rate per hour rate is charged from when we leave to when we return. Please add this option to your booking if you require the equipment to be delivered to your event.  ​ Business Hours: 10am - 5pm After Hours: 5pm - 10am By appointment only Courier Delivery & Return Rates: Courier Delivery - $65 ph  Courier Return - $65 ph  After Hours Courier Delivery & Return Rates: Courier Delivery - $95 ph Courier Return - $95 ph Delivery: Our dedicated team of professionals will transport the AV equipment directly to your desired location, whether it's a conference venue, office space, or event site. We prioritise timely delivery, ensuring that your equipment arrives promptly and in excellent condition. ​ Set-up: Our skilled technicians will take care of all the necessary installation and set-up procedures for your AV equipment. They have extensive knowledge and expertise in configuring audiovisual systems, including sound systems, projectors, screens, lighting, and any additional components required. We strive to optimize the setup process to minimise disruption and maximise efficiency. ​ Pack-down: Once your event or rental period has concluded, our team will efficiently dismantle and pack down all the AV equipment. We handle the disconnection, removal, and safe packaging of the items, ensuring they are ready for transport without any damage. ​ Return: After the pack-down is complete, we will arrange for the AV equipment to be collected and returned to our facility. We take responsibility for the safe and secure transport of the items, ensuring they are returned in the same excellent condition as when they were delivered.

They will be present throughout the event to ensure the lighting runs smoothly and make adjustments as needed. AV Technicians: Our AV technicians are proficient in managing and operating a wide range of AV equipment, including projectors, screens, video displays, live streaming systems, and more. They will handle the setup, configuration, and calibration of AV devices, ensuring that your presentations, videos, and other multimedia content are flawlessly displayed. Our technicians will also be available during the event to troubleshoot any technical issues, provide technical support, and ensure the seamless integration of all AV components.
