1. Position the Speaker

• Place the KW153 on a flat surface or secure it on a speaker stand.

• Make sure it’s stable and aimed toward your audience.

• Leave space behind the speaker for airflow.

2. Connect the Power

• Plug the power cable into the back of the speaker.

• Connect the other end to a power source (preferably a surge-protected outlet).

• Ensure the power switch is OFF while connecting.

3. Connect the Audio Source

• Use an XLR cable to connect your mixer, DJ controller, or other audio device to the INPUT A or B on the rear panel.

• If you're using a mono signal, one input is fine. For stereo or dual speakers, use both outputs and two KW153s.

4. Adjust the Settings

• Turn the Gain knob up gradually (start around 12 o'clock).

• Set the LF (Low Frequency) switch to "Normal" for full-range use, or "Ext Sub" if using with a subwoofer.

• Set the HF (High Frequency) switch to "Flat" for general use

5. Power On

• Turn on your audio source first (e.g. mixer, controller).

• Then switch the KW153 power to ON using the rear power switch.

• A blue LED on the front will indicate it’s powered.

6. Test the Sound

• Play music or speak into a mic to test output.

• Adjust gain, EQ, and source levels as needed to balance your sound.

• Avoid pushing the volume too high to prevent distortion or clipping (watch for red limit light on the back).
